The Wheels on The TRAIN Go Around & Around

Trains

The locomotive, the couplers, the box car, the flat, the hopper, the horn, the conductor, the engineer, the brakeman and the carmen.

What do already know about trains?
"Trains are giant!"
"I will build a bridge and a tunnel for the train."
"My dad takes the train to work."
"I will pick up my grandma from the train station."
"Trains have wheels."
"Trains are called Thomas."
"The train goes slow when it goes up and fast when it goes down the hill."

Chooo-chooo

Chug Chug Chug
Tune: "Jingle Bells"
Chug, Chug, chug. chug, chug, chug.
Chugging down the track.
See our little choo-choo train
Chugging down and back. Hey!
We are cars, all lined up,
chugging just like so.
Hear our whistle toot toot toot
As down and back we go.
Yay!

Trains are vehicles that operate on tracks. Trains transport both passengers and freights. Freight is stuff that is being moved around by the train or other transportation. The train carries containers with goods.
What kind of goods would you like to add to imaginary train?
"Toys"
"Candy"
"Kitty Cats"
"Food"
"My daddy"
"Picklepuss is a train in a book that I have at home."

We look forward to spending time with our Escuelita families at the Train Museum on April 24th.
